Baoh is a collectible card game published by Bandai in Japan in June 2004, based on the manga Baoh the Visitor (also known as Baoh: The Visitor). The source material is a horror-action manga written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki, best known as the creator of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Baoh was Araki's earlier breakout work, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1985. The story follows a boy infected with a parasite that transforms him into a lethal bioweapon. Bandai, a prolific publisher of anime and manga tie-in card games during the early 2000s, produced the Baoh CCG as part of a broader wave of Japanese media card games from that era. Because the property itself occupied a niche position between Araki's earlier career and the international popularity of JoJo, the Baoh card game attracted a limited audience and has left almost no English-language documentation. Cards are occasionally found on Japanese secondary markets.
