Baseball 3010 is a science-fiction collectible card game published by Imagination Sports (also listed as ImagiNation Sports, LLC) in November 2002. The game transposes baseball into a dystopian far-future setting: after meteor showers devastate Earth and chaos erupts, genetically engineered humans called Xenotrons are created to build an orbiting space station called the Life Ring. These Xenotrons also form the rosters of Baseball 3010, each possessing a special power that modifies their in-game baseball abilities. Players call characters to hit and field while dealing with futuristic weather conditions and dangerous base traps, resolving outcomes through dice rolls and card modifications. Starter sets included 24 playing cards, two game cubes, a reference card, and foldout instructions housed in a case that doubled as a playing field. A companion soundtrack album, titled 3010: Genealogy Volume 1, was released on CD in 2002 to accompany the game. The game received positive notices for its component quality but did not achieve wide distribution and is now out of print.
