Battle Tube is a French collectible card game created by Trash, a French-speaking content creator collective known for geek and gaming video content, and released in March 2017 under the company Trash - SAS. The concept drew direct inspiration from card games such as Hearthstone, transposing the format onto the world of French-language YouTube. Cards represented popular Francophone YouTubers rendered in a distinctive chibi illustration style, each assigned mana points, attack and defense values, and a unique special power. Spell cards represented YouTube-native content formats including FAQ videos and unboxing segments. A Silver Edition expanded the game to 221 cards. Trash committed to donating a share of proceeds to e-enfance, a French charitable association focused on combating online harassment and cyberbullying. The game's narrow cultural context, tied to a specific moment in French YouTube history, has contributed to its rarity and limited international documentation.
