Cars 2 TCG is a collectible trading card game released by Topps (distributed under the Merlin brand in some markets) in 2011 to coincide with the theatrical release of Disney Pixar's Cars 2. The set contains at least 144 cards divided between Spielkarten (game cards, numbered S1 through S96) and Aktionskarten (action cards, numbered A1 through A48), a structure that provided a basic competitive layer beyond simple collection.
