E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial was a collectible card game published by T.C. International in the United States, based on Steven Spielberg's 1982 Universal Pictures film. The game capitalised on the enduring popularity of the film's characters and imagery in the collectible card format. T.C. International was a small publisher, and beyond its appearance in comprehensive CCG catalogues the title left very little documented record in terms of card counts, set releases, rulebooks, or competitive play history. It is distinct from the 1982 Topps non-sport trading card set and from various later E.T. branded card products, representing instead a purpose-built CCG adaptation of the property. The scarcity of surviving documentation is why it earns a place in the uncharted archive.
