Futbol Attack is a collectible card game produced by the Chilean publisher Salo, released in September 2009. It holds the distinction of being the first football card game launched in Chile, entering a market that Salo had long served with sticker albums and collectible products since the 1960s. The game was tied to the 2009 Torneo Clausura, the domestic Chilean first-division football season, meaning its initial card pool was built around that competition's clubs and players. Booster packs and starter decks allowed players to collect, trade, and build competitive decks. YouTube tutorials produced years after the game's discontinuation confirm that it had genuine gameplay mechanics rather than being a pure collectible sticker set. Salo went into bankruptcy in 2010, cutting short what could have been a longer product run. Original packs and loose singles from the Clausura 2009 release still surface on the secondary market, primarily through Chilean collector groups and occasional eBay listings.
