Generals Order (Chinese: 将军令) is a collectible card game developed and published by Strategy Entertainment Pte Ltd of Singapore, introduced in 2007. The game draws its theme from ancient Chinese history and the classical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, casting each player as a commander-in-chief who deploys generals, equips weapons, and uses strategic intelligence to outlast opponents. Decks range from 40 to 60 cards chosen from six colors representing nine factions. A distinctive maintenance mechanic requires players to remove cards from their own deck each turn equal to the number of generals currently in play, creating an ongoing resource tension. Victory goes to the player whose resource deck outlasts all opponents. Beyond its recreational design, Generals Order was adopted as an educational tool in Singaporean primary and secondary schools, where it was used to promote interest in Chinese culture, history, and language. The game was described as the first Chinese-themed strategy TCG produced by a Singapore company and has an active online wiki and player community.
