Hayate no Gotoku (The Combat Butler) TCG is a Japanese collectible card game published by Konami in August 2007, timed to coincide with the height of the anime adaptation of Kenjiro Hata's popular comedy manga. Konami released a starter pack and the first booster pack simultaneously on August 9, 2007. The game featured character cards drawn from the series' large cast, with holographic foil variants among the chase cards. Card categories included characters tied to the Sanzenin household and supporting cast from the story. Subsequent booster releases followed, including themed sets such as a swimwear-focused Special Legend Booster. The game was released exclusively in Japan and printed in Japanese. Secondary market listings confirm that multiple expansion waves were produced before the line concluded. Documentation of the full card list and precise set count is sparse outside of Japanese collector sources, which is typical of anime-licensed CCGs from the late 2000s.
