Franchise context: The write-up below is from the parent franchise article (anime, book series, or IP) rather than the card game itself. A dedicated CCG profile has not been written yet.

Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne is a Japanese collectible card game published by Bandai in June 1996, based on the magical-girl manga by Arina Tanemura. The manga ran in Ribon magazine from 1998 and was adapted into an anime in 1999, but the card game date in the record suggests it preceded the anime adaptation, likely released in connection with early manga promotion or a pre-anime merchandise push. Bandai produced Carddass-format trading cards for the franchise in 1999 to accompany the anime launch, and the broader merchandise line included figures and mini game devices. The relationship between the 1996 CCG record and the later 1999 Carddass releases is unclear from surviving documentation. The story follows Maron Kusakabe, a teenage girl who transforms into a phantom thief to seal demons hidden in artworks. Cards featuring the main cast and transformation sequences would have been the natural subject matter. Very little gameplay documentation survives for this title.
