Project Revolution was a Japanese trading card game co-produced by Broccoli and Fujimi Shobo (Fujimi Books), with initial releases beginning in April 2007. The game operated as a platform system in which successive version blocks, designated by publisher name and version number (for example Broccoli 2.0 or Fujimi Shobo 3.0), each featured a different licensed anime or manga property. Known properties include High School DxD, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, and titles associated with Dragon Magazine and Dengeki G's Magazine. Multiple publishers contributed version blocks over the game's lifespan, including Enter-Brain. Product was sold through Japanese hobby shops and licensed through HobbySearch and similar import retailers. The modular publisher-block structure made Project Revolution unusual among Japanese CCGs of its era, allowing the same mechanical framework to carry a rotating slate of intellectual properties.
