Super Heat Skateboard TCG

Super Heat Skateboard TCG is a collectible card game published by Super Heat Games, a division of Ahead of the Game, Inc., and released in the United States in May 2011. The game was designed with input from professional skaters and features more than 30 top pros from street and vert disciplines, including legends such as Mike McGill, Christian Hosoi, Bucky Lasek, and Chris Cole. Players use three card categories: Pro Cards (representing skaters), Trick Cards, and Throw Down Cards. Gameplay runs in two heats, with players competing to accumulate the most points by matching lines on cards and executing trick combinations. The starter deck (MSRP $9.99) contained 42 game cards plus two collectible trading cards, while booster packs (MSRP $3.99) contained nine cards each. The full card pool numbers 225 cards. Product was distributed nationally through skate shops and specialty retail. The game is now out of print and documentation is primarily limited to trade press announcements from the launch period.
